a space to be and become your most authentic self
therapy for young to middle-aged adults and couples
HI, AND WELCOME, I’M KASEY
On the outside you keep it together, but inside, you feel exhausted, anxious, or like something is missing. Maybe you feel distant in relationships, either with yourself or others, or stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, self-doubt, or harsh self-criticism. Maybe you are living with a chronic illness, carrying the weight of uncertainty, isolation, and frustration. Perhaps you often question whether you are too much or not enough. You have continued to push through, but a part of you is desperately searching for happiness, peace, and a more compassionate way of relating to yourself, others, and your life.
I help young to middle-aged adults explore the roots of relational struggles, whether with others or with themselves, and support those navigating the emotional toll of chronic illness. My own lived experience with chronic illness and the healing I found in therapy inspired me to do this work. I know firsthand how meaningful and essential it is to feel seen and supported, especially if you have never truly experienced this feeling. Together, we will explore how you learned about safety and connection, and help you feel more equipped to handle life.
You deserve support that welcomes all parts of you. I am here to meet you wherever you are on your journey, and to sit with whichever version of you that shows up.
